James Kwadwo Owusu is a telecommunications consultant with twenty years working experience in the mobile telecommunications industry, both local and international. His
work experience in the industry began with Spacefon (Now MTN), the first GSM mobile telecommunication company in Ghana, as technical supervisor where he steadily moved up the
ranks to the position of senior Engineer. James next career move was with Afghanistan Wireless Communication Company as RF Optimization consultant for the first GSM network in Afghanistan in 2004. He has worked with Ericsson Algeria and Ericsson Sudan as Senior RF Optimization consultant on various projects; and also Ericsson Nigeria as Senior RF Optimization consultant. James currently works with Panacea Consulting Company Limited as Chief Technical Officer and co-founder. He is also a cofounder of Onag Company limited which specializes in power management consulting. James also co-founded Panair Company limited, producers of Oxygen and other gases for industries and hospitals. He is the Chief Operation Officer with Evolved Technology Limited a leading Mobile Telecommunication Infrastructure company in Ghana. He holds a master’s degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of South Wales

Kwame Owusu Anim is the CEO and Co founder of Panacea Consulting Company Limited a Telecommunication Consultancy services provider in Ghana, which has consultancy services with Ericsson Ghana, MTN Ghana, and Vodafone Ghana Tigo Ghana. Kwame has about 20yrs working experience in both Telecommunication and IT infastructure.

Kwamina Ewur Banson is an accomplished Agricultural Economist and Systems Scientist with extensive experience in integrated farm development, livestock production systems, and agribusiness structuring. He serves as the Lead Consultant and Technical Advisor to J&K Heritage Farm, where he has played a central role in transforming the enterprise from concept to a fully operational, vertically integrated agribusiness.
With a professional background at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission (GAEC), specifically at the Biotechnology and Nuclear Agriculture Research Institute, Kwamina combines scientific expertise with practical field execution to deliver sustainable agricultural solutions.
Role at J&K Heritage Farm
Kwamina has led the planning, design, and execution of the farm’s infrastructure and operational systems from inception. His contributions include:
Strategic siting and layout of all farm structures
Supervision of construction works using a trained multidisciplinary team (masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and tilers)
Construction of a 4-bedroom self-contained farm house and workers’ accommodation
Development of modern pig housing systems designed for efficiency and biosecurity
Establishment of a fully equipped pork processing facility with chiller and freezer systems
Design and implementation of a compost production plant
Development of internal road networks and farm logistics layout
Integration of poultry and goat production into a circular farming system
Human Capacity Development & Training
